FocusLatch is in early access. The current site collects only what is needed to track interest, process founding checkout, and contact early users about the Mac alpha.
What we collect
- Email address submitted through the early-access form.
- Checkout metadata such as source, intent, Stripe session ID, and payment status when checkout is enabled.
- Basic request data available to the hosting platform, such as user agent and country header.
What we do not collect yet
- No browser history or blocked-site history is collected by this early-access website.
- No production Mac app telemetry is active because the signed Mac alpha is not downloadable yet.
- No secrets, passwords, or system files are requested through this website.
How data is used
Emails and checkout records are used to send alpha access, product updates, receipts/support, and safety notices. Data is not sold. If a third-party service is used for lead storage, email, hosting, or payments, it is used only to operate the FocusLatch release funnel.
Deletion/contact
To remove your early-access record or ask a privacy question, contact support@focuslatch.app. If that mailbox is not active yet, use the current founder support channel that invited you to FocusLatch.
Last updated: June 2026. This policy will be revised before any production signed Mac app collects product telemetry.
